So much has been said by politicians, opinion-writing journalists, and parties with vested interests about how to revitalise Auckland’s CBD, but it seems none of them have asked the general Aucklander as to what they believe the issues are. I have, and the responses haven’t shocked me, in fact, they are glaringly obvious.
I think everyone needs to take a step back and look at what Covid has done - not just to the CBD but also to the entire Auckland Region.
